Giving That Extra Push

Being that all of my children are spaced out as far as age,  I never experienced taking care of two dependent children at once until now. I have definitely learned that I have to give that extra push, having a toddler and disabled child that is fully dependent on me. Thankfully they are both sweet children and do not put up too much of a fight, making things a little easier. But having to bathe, change, feed and care for both of them is something I have learned to master over the last year, being it was my first time experiencing. However my baby girl is advancing quickly and I would say she is very independent for her age. I am thankful for the challenge though, it has made me feel they both get the timing and attention needed at the same time, sort of like taking care of a set of twins. But I say all of that to say, I have learned that it is necessary to give that extra push/effort.
